Geelong Conference & Event Management (GCEM) is a conference and event management agency built to meet the needs of a growing region and a changing industry.

Meet the team

Jade Pearce, Managing Director / Event Manager

With over 20 years’ experience delivering events for some of Australia’s largest and most renowned organisations, Jade Pearce heads up Geelong Conference and Event Management (GCEM).

Before GCEM, Jade founded and managed a national event management agency where she was responsible for creating, developing and delivering large-scale integrated event campaigns.

With an extensive background in senior roles servicing academic, corporate and government clients, Jade has a passion for project and financial management, driving engagement and emerging event technologies. Jade has worked with some of Australia’s biggest brands and enjoys nothing more than immersing herself in their industries and business.

Kymberlee Senior, PRINCIPAL EVENT MANAGER

A seasoned project manager, Kymberlee has supported businesses, not-for-profits and Governments to cross the chasm between project opportunity and outcomes.

Kymberlee’s love for project plans and a solid spreadsheet has enabled her to deliver a myriad of business events and exhibitions, awards and showcase dinners, and community festivals throughout regional and metropolitan Australia.

In parallel, it has also allowed her to work on grants and funding, developing projects in a strategic, sustainable manner and securing over $50m in funding for projects that deliver business, economic and tourism benefits.

A country gal herself, Kymberlee is just as comfortable surrounded by a conference committee as she is her chickens.
